Q: Will it turn my skin green?
A: Absolutely not. Skin greening is caused by cheap metals reacting with acids in your skin. Our PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process creates a permanent molecular bond that seals the base metal completely. Your skin only ever touches 18K gold.
Q: Why do you use Brass instead of Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel?
A: It’s all about the weight and soul. Stainless steel is too light and "industrial." Silver is too soft and tarnishes easily. We use professional-grade brass because it has the exact density and substantial "gravity" of solid gold, providing that grounded feeling we value.
Q: Is the gold real?
A: Yes. We use genuine 18K gold. Through our vacuum-sealed PVD process, the gold is fused into the surface, making it 10x thicker and much more durable than standard gold plating.

Q: Can I really wear it in the shower?
A: Yes. AuraNudge is designed to be "Life-Proof." You can shower, swim, and sweat in your pieces. We only recommend rinsing them with fresh water after a dip in the ocean to remove salt residue.
Q: Does the jewelry feel heavy?
A: It feels intentional. Our pieces have a deliberate weight that you will notice—it’s designed to be a tactile reminder to stay present. It’s "heavy" compared to fast-fashion, but comfortable for all-day wear.

Q: How long does shipping take during the Global Free Shipping event?
A: We process all orders within 48 hours. U.S. orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days, while international orders take 7-14 business days.
Q: What if I don't like the "weight" once I receive it?
A: We understand that "quality you can feel" is a new experience. If the piece doesn't resonate with you, we offer a 30-day return window. Just keep it in its original condition.
Q: How do I claim my 365-Day Warranty?
A: It’s simple. If your piece loses its luster within a year, just email support@auranudge.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll ship you a new one—on us.
