At AuraNudge, we don’t believe in "temporary" jewelry. We’ve spent years perfecting our Watch-Grade PVD process so that you can live in your pieces—through every shower, every workout, and every ocean dip.
If your jewelry loses its 18K gold luster or turns your skin green within 365 days of purchase, we will replace it for you, free of charge. No questions asked.
  1. What’s Covered
We want you to have total confidence in our hardware. This warranty covers:
Fading or Tarnishing: Any noticeable loss of gold color or brilliance.
Skin Reaction: Any greening or irritation caused by material defects (our pieces are 100% Nickel-free).
Structural Integrity: Broken clasps, failing joints, or loose settings that occur during normal daily ritual.
  1. What’s Not Covered
Lost Items: We cannot replace pieces that are lost or stolen.
Extreme Physical Damage: Deep scratches or snapped chains caused by excessive force or accidental snapping.
Third-party Alterations: Any piece that has been modified by another jeweler.

We’ve made the process as seamless as the jewelry itself:
Snap a Photo: Take a clear picture of the affected piece.
Email Us: Send the photo and your order number to support@auranudge.com.
Receive Your New Piece: Once approved, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you immediately. We even cover the shipping.
