1. 30-Day Return Window

  • The Policy: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your piece is the right fit for your ritual.
  • The Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all AuraNudge packaging (pouch and box) included.

2. Easy Exchanges

  • Found a different style you prefer? We offer one-time complimentary exchanges. Simply contact our team, and we will help you swap your piece for another "anchor" that suits you better.

3. International Returns

  • Return Shipping: While we are currently offering Free Worldwide Shipping on all outbound orders, the cost of return shipping for "change of mind" remains the responsibility of the customer.
  • The Process: Contact support@auranudge.com with your order number, and our team will provide the local return address and instructions.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Instant Replacement: In the rare event that your piece arrives with a defect or is damaged during transit, we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. * Luster Guarantee: Remember, if your piece loses its gold color within 365 days, this falls under our Yearly Guarantee—not a standard return. We will replace it as part of our quality promise.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Send a note to newsletter@auranudge.com with your order number.
  2. Pack It Up: Place the item back in its microfiber pouch and original box.
  3. Ship It: Send it back using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
